Why Should We Hire You?
My passion for the architectural industry grows everyday, and I am constantly looking for ways to improve the environments we live in; by studying the past and realising the issues of the present day. Thus, I push myself to develop skills and to build up a holistic understanding of this industry beyond my comfort zone. In the same way, my design interests extended to interior design and graphic design. I posses knowledge and experience of design softwares such as Revit, AutoCAD, Photoshop & Illustrator.

My final project at University is conceived as a series of connected projects (S, M, L & XL). While each project stands alone, they engage with a shared vision and strategy, and seek out opportunities to borrow from one another through a reflective and provocative series of processes. The projects are all linked to a ‘City Strategy’ for Glasgow, a prediction of a future portfolio of civic buildings for this city. These buildings vary in scale, from small (S) interventions on the street corner to extra-large (XL) structures that dominate the landscape. Just as they vary in scale, so too they offer a variety of programmatic uses whilst sharing a common goal: To Care, for each other; for those within them and for the city around them. The vision and strategy for these projects are to develop a design of high quality that will help connect people to places, people to transport and people to people.
