I am a graduate of the Democritus University of Thrace in the department of Economics. I earned my bachelor’s degree in Economics in May 2017 with a specialization in Business Administration. In 2019, I was accepted from the University of Strathclyde in order to attend the MSc Marketing course. Now I can proudly say that I am a graduate student from the University of Strathclyde obtaining my MSc degree. During my courses and the multi-faceted role of an MSc student, I managed to get in touch with several aspects of Marketing. Creation and understanding of Marketing Strategies, International Marketing Research, Consumer Behaviour, and Brand Management courses provided me with knowledge and tools for the start of my career. Moreover, individual assignments like E-marketing helped me to understand and implement useful tools like S.O.S.T.A.C and S.W.O.T analysis in combination with social media usage. Before my MSc degree, I gained one year of experience in the customer service sector with Cosmote E-Value Contact Center Services S.A (Greece). I skillfully managed to handle customer’s complaints and show empathy and patience giving solutions to their problems. In addition, I was trained to use CRM systems and, in the end, a proposal was made to me for a supervisor position, but I had to decline the offer due to the start of my MSc studies. Volunteering was always something important for me as a person and as a citizen, and so I had been a volunteer in different groups. One of those groups was in Animal Shelter in which we were taking care of stray dogs offering them safe shelter and proper nutrition. Our team also created social media content in order to promote the adoption of stray animals and raise awareness of the group. I am both a motivated self-starter and a team player.
