Why Should We Hire You?
I have several years of freelance proofreading experience, getting self-published novelists' work to a publishable state with a very quick turnaround. My attention to detail is meticulous and my English grammar and punctuation skills are advanced. I am a fast, adaptable learner, able to assimilate new disciplines and methodologies quickly. In my final year of university I took a six-week course in film criticism, a subject about which I knew nothing previously, and attained a First Class mark. Freelance copywriting has also honed my research skills; I have produced work across a variety of different topics, and in my spare time learned the basics of SEO in order to create the very best work possible for clients. I also have some background in game design and interactive theatre, and can effectively implement the principles I learned there.
