I am a Hotel Management graduate and I have a work experience of customer service of about 1 year 10 months in good hotel brands in India. I am currently pursuing my Masters In Business Administration with Professional Placements at the University of Central Lancashire. As a part of my one-year industrial placement, I look forward to be a part of the Human Resources team of a good company where I could get hands-on experience in field related. For further developing my skill set I am looking ahead to do SAP course for human resources and also do various certifications in Human resources apart from my own course of MBA, this I would like to define as my mission statement

In terms of personal vision statement I see myself in a good management position in a good company and with the help of my skill set I want to be an asset for it rather than just an employee. I feel myself to be a confident, sincere, focused and diligent individual who gets the jobs done well before the deadlines. As I was dealing with people in hotels daily, I realized that I am a peoples person and will be an effective leader in human resource management as I gained an insight to tackle people and their problems. Hence, I feel I will be able to deliver the best in recruitment, customer services, conflict - handling, Talent Acquisition roles according to my work experience, interests and knowledge by qualities already have and the ones I sought to achieve during my MBA course In United Kingdoms. I right after completing my class 12th from CBSE Board in stream of science and math's from school Maheshwari Public School Jaipur started to look for lucrative options in which I aimed to pursue my bachelors in. After thorough research I took admission in India's best Hotel Management college Welcom Group Graduate school of Hotel Administration to further hone my skills in the field of profession I was heading towards I interned twice in Oberoi trident Jaipur as vocational trainee as a part of my course curriculum and got industrial placement for 6 months in The Taj Mahal Palace Mumbai and got awarded as best intern in all four core departments and also a certificate of excellence and certificate of completion. After successfully completing my course I received my Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management with 7.95 GPA and I am currently pursuing my Masters of Business Administration with professional placement
