I am grateful to join the company with the skills and expertise I have learnt in my Master Degree and I’m very excited about pursuing this opportunity. I believe I have the analytical, and technical knowledge required for this role. I am currently a postgraduate student at Kingston University majoring in IT & Strategic Innovation where my prime focus was learning in E-Business Analysis & Strategy Implementation, Entrepreneurship, modelling enterprise architecture and Database Management & Governance. I previously graduated from Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University, India with a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science Engineering with keys skills involving programming in Java, C and learning web technologies like Angular JS. I have 4 months of work experience working in Amazon Development Center, India where I was working as a Shipping and Delivery (SDS) Associate for the NA/CA/UK recipient. I was responsible for assisting communications through emails and chat for all the customer’s order enquiry and assisting all the delivery process with Amazon Logistics (AMZL). During this part of my work, I have gained experience in how to handle supply chain management and leadership and team management from my peers. Meanwhile while doing a full-time job, I completed cloud computing certification. During my time at Kingston University I have undertaken full-time study and part-time paid work at TKMaxx Kingston where I was an associate in operations, I purposely took this job to focus my main career in the retail industry which is indeed my Master Degree dissertation which I would be submitting work related to “Digitalizing instore shopping experience”. I have prioritized each of these successfully.
